RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) your purchased from us and would like to return or exchange your merchandise, the following is required:

  • All items must be unopened and in "as new" condition.
  • AFC will not accept any returns after 60 calendar days from the ship state as stated on the invoice.
  • No customized or liquidated products can be returned.
  • After 30 days, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or $25 minimum, whichever is greater.
  • All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number issued from AFC. Please contact us for your RA# and shipping instructions.
  • We are unable to accept any returns without an RA number. RA numbers are issued for specific quantities of specific items only. Any discrepancy in the quantity received will not be credited.
  • Call Tags will be issued by AFC for items under warranty, shipping errors or defective product. All other returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.
  • The AFC issued RA number must be clearly indicated on the return label to insure timely credit.
  • Once the product is completely received in satisfactory condition by AFC, the original product will be refunded, minus a potential restocking fee, and the client will be billed for any replacement products shipped or call tags requests.
