If you received items and are not satisfied, please call us at 651-481-8827 and have your Invoice Number and Item Numbers ready to expedite the return process.

 

Returns are accepted on an individual basis.  Unless an order has been erroneously filled, a minimum handling and restocking charge (plus freight cost incurred) will be deducted before issuing credit.

Authorization WILL NOT be given for return of any STOCK MERCHANDISE after three months from date of invoice. 
Authorization WILL NOT be given for any customized and/or personalized merchandise.

Shortages & Damages:
Variations in carton count from bill of lading or carton damage must be reported to delivering carrier immediately upon receipt.  Factory shortages must be reported to Advanced Filing Concepts' ship point within thirty days.
