Shipping Information for Advanced Filing ConceptsOrders more than $150 or ship free, orders less than $150 have a flat shipping rate
Orders that subtotal below $150 will ship via a common carrier with a nominal freight charge based upon tiered cart subtotal. Free freight may not apply to heavy items such as mobile filing systems, fireproof files, safes, printing systems, or custom items.
$150+ Orders - Free Shipping - Fast Delivery in the 48 contiguous US statesOrders are processed ASAP. When we receive your order, we pick and ship, or request drop shipping immediately. Orders placed on evenings and weekends are handled the next business day.
Our Delivery is fulfilled by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS, SpeeDee Delivery, or LTL Truck. Order tracking information is updated within 24 hours and notification is sent via email. Tracking information may not be available on all orders. Signatures for deliveries for residential and commercial addresses are up to the discretion of the delivery driver and may not be required. Please specify the location in your building to avoid any delivery confusion. Orders delivered to residential addresses without signature are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery to standard addresses in the 48 contiguous states. No AK, HI, PR, or APO addresses.
Delivery SpeedOur products may come from many different locations which will have an impact on delivery speed. Many products are made-to-order which will result in extended lead times. We strongly advise checking the availability of an item by clicking on the item's description or by contacting us. An item's availability may also be available on a product's details page.
Many items may be shipped with expedited services for an additional fee. Item(s) will need to be verified in stock and your shipping address and expected delivery date will also be needed to provide you with an expedited quote. Please note that made-to-order items are not available for the same or next-day delivery. Most basic stock items are delivered within 1-5 business days depending on item origin and shipping destination. Products that need expedited shipping or via LTL freight, such as heavy and oversized products, do not qualify for free shipping. Freight deliveries ship via common carrier or LTL from our distribution centers or directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 7-10 business days for LTL freight deliveries.

Due to our commitment process, ship and deliver orders as quickly as possible, orders may not be eligible for cancellation after the order status has changed from "Processing" to "Pending." If you recently placed an order and need to cancel it, please call us at 1-800-373-9133 with your order # handy. Your Order # can be found in the upper right hand of the order confirmation email. Estimated Delivery Date CancellationsOrders are typically received by the customer within 1-5 working days. If the item is made to order, items are typically received in 1-4 weeks. Standard shipping orders placed during non-business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays will typically be processed and shipped on the next business day. Items sourced to the manufacturer will incur longer lead times and may delay delivery by several business days. Bulk orders and some furniture orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, requiring a longer lead time and will not be shipped on the same day. In such cases, please allow several days for tracking information to be emailed to you.
