Our individual chart dividers are 1/6-Cut, which means that 6 tabs can be visible at one time. This Letter-size index divider has a Hospital Records tab in position 6. The tab has a manila mylar. The material used for the chart divider is made from 125# manila stock. Packaged 100 dividers per box. These chart dividers have a reinforced, two-hole punch at the top for use in two-prong fastener folders. Use our chart dividers with your choice of end tab charts or top tab folders.
