End tab file jackets are closed on three sides to keep contents secure. A full side tab has embossed notches for applying labels. These folders are made from standard-duty 11 point colored stock which is common in office settings. The double-ply end tab is designed for shelf filing systems. These file folder jackets are flat with very little expansion. Typically, file jackets are used in Dental offices where x-rays or paperwork need to be stored and transported.
